Why I like it
This is an excellent, well written book that provides a reasonable level of deatil on all major areas of starting a small business. Unlike so many other books, even today, it is NOT .com/internet orientated. It discusses issues like basic accounting, employing staff, advertising, the GST, legal obligations, VC and corporate structures.

It is quite possibly one of the best books I've read on the topic - I strongly recommend it.
